Another Community Affected By Drugs And Alcohol: The Block
Anthony mundine was one of the Australians that had a hard life or just lived in a bad community "The Block" and also throughout his life he seen lots of people going to jail and abusing drugs and also alcohol as he says "I saw lots of drugs and alcohol affecting my people coming up as a kid , and I didn't want to be like that" he did not want to be like them he wanted to be a person that another gene.ration would look up to. and that is why he started boxing in his uncles gym and try to stay away from the bad things his community had, he enjoys seeing kids or teens walking in the gym to punch bags to take away their frustration their or in weights and stay away from the bad things. lots of people think because their in parties they have to use drugs or alcohol when other people offer. now his uncle and him are trying to make the community a better place by wiping out drugs and drug dealers. in my community like in Antony's their is lots of drug abuse and alcohol .according to the alcohol and drug information, facts and statistics alcohol is the most widely-used and almost 50 percent of people aged 12 and over have consumed alcohol in the united states. and that is why Anthony is trying to make a better place of his community by getting rid of all drugs in his community.
