Money in the trash

Consumerism in news:The protection or promotion of the interests of consumers.
“There’s enough on this planet for everyone’s needs but not for everyone’s greed.” — Mahatmai  Ghandi
"Rising consumption has helped meet basic needs and create jobs," Christopher Flavin, president of Worldwatch Institute said in a statement to the press. but as we grow into another century poor people are not fulfilling the basics. poverty is affecting people that need to sell stuff and there persuading is failing. Most of the environmental issues we see today can be linked to consumption," said Gary Gardner, director of research for Worldwatch. a few days back it was said that around 37 percent of species could become extinct because of climate exchange and this relates to consumption. Advertising is the art of arresting the human intelligence just long enough to get money from it. said by chuck  a partner in the advertising firm Chuck Blore & Don Ruchman
Ever since mass media became mass media, companies have been making advertisements and using the t.v to persuade people to buy their products. topper wear is one of the biggest things that is been out there in advertisements and all that. for us that is an unnecessary thing we do not need topper wear! is something that is just consuming us. After the world war 2 ended people changed they did not just want to be the same or buy the same so people started making unnecessary thing to sale and that is how consumerism started.
